Mud is one of the five elements of nature having immense impact on the body both in health and sickness.  It is very simple and effective treatment modality. 

Therapeutically, the mud therapy improves the local circulation in the soft tissues under the skin, reducing swelling, inflammation and pain in the muscles and joints (due to arthritis or injury) and inducing relaxation. It is generally balancing to the three doshas in the body,

Local and general application of mud in the form of baths (full body mud bath) and local mud packs helps to dilute and absorb toxins from the body and ultimately eliminates them from body, revitalises the body and cures various disease conditions.

When applied to abdomen it relieves all forms of digestion disorders. It is effective in decreasing intestinal heat and stimulates peristalsis.

Application of mud pack over the eyes is useful in cases of conjunctivitis, haemorrhages in the eyeball, itching, allergy, refractive errors and reduces eye ball tension.

The effects of mud therapy are refreshing and energizing. It is really a true bandage for wounds and skin diseases.

Sunbath therapy is a natural way of healing different health problems. Sunlight helps to regulate melatonin production in the body, which is necessary to maintain the circadian rhythms of the body. Melatonin is an essential hormone released by the pineal gland of our brain. This hormone regulates our sleep-wake cycle.

It has been found that decrease in exposure to sunlight may develop physical and psychological disorders.

Sunbathing helps to improve the blood circulation in the body, it is also necessary for the absorption of calcium by the bones.
Sunrays have unique healing power and are even beneficial to treat skin disorders, such as psoriasis, acne, and eczema. The light of the sun penetrates deep into the skin to cleanse the blood vessels.

Yoga therapy is the application of the yogic principles with the objectives of achieving physiological, Mental, Spiritual and psychological wellbeing.
